Welcome !

Welcome to Troop 100's web site. Troop 100 is chartered and sponsored by Fremont United Methodist Church. The troop serves youth from the Alameda, Hollywood, Irvington and Beaumont neighborhoods of northeast Portland. A group of visionary adults applied for Troop 100's first charter on February 23, 1921. Troop 100 has operated continuously for more than ninety-five years, making it one of the oldest troops in the United States. Troop 100 has a vigorous outdoor and advancement program, including an overnight outing most months of the year. The activities at Troop 100 are planned by the Scouts, for the Scouts (with adult assistance and support, of course). The troop also has numerous Scouts that have achieved the rank of Eagle in recent years. New information is added almost weekly so check back on a regular basis to see what's new. To contact Troop 100 send an Email to Troop100Portland@gmail.com.
